Stage One involved negotiating and agreeing a dilapidations settlement with the
outgoing tenant, ensuring a smooth transition and protecting the landlord’s interests.
Stage Two saw BLDG take on full design and project management responsibilities
for the fit out works, working closely with both the landlord and the incoming tenant.

The scope included creating open-plan office areas, reconfiguring layouts to
incorporate boardrooms and private offices, and refurbishing the reception and
canteen facilities.
Collaboration with the incoming tenant was key to delivering their desired
enhancements. This included significant upgrades to audio-visual systems, IT
infrastructure, security provisions, and bespoke branding/signage packages,
ensuring the finished workplace met the demands of a modern work environment.
