Located in one of Dublin’s most prestigious addresses, BLDG were appointed as
design and project managers to deliver a two-phase Category B fit out at Wilton Terrace.
Phase One focused on enhancing the building’s shared areas, with a full upgrade
and refurbishment of the reception, exterior building façades, lift lobbies, and the
basement-level toilets and shower facilities. The works combined high-quality
finishes with modern design elements to elevate the arrival experience and provide
improved amenities for tenants.
Phase Two involved the delivery of a full Cat B fit out of the 2nd floor. The space was
designed to accommodate a 70-seat open-plan office, alongside a welcoming
reception area, flexible boardrooms with a dividing wall system, a canteen, private
offices, and acoustically treated breakout spaces. The result is a workspace that
blends functionality, flexibility, and comfort while reflecting the prestige of its Dublin 2
location.
