BLDG were appointed to provide design and project management services on two
warehouse office units at Greenogue Business Park.
The scope of works included the full refurbishment of the office areas and the
subdivision of the warehouse units to meet the client’s operational requirements. Key
upgrades also incorporated the installation of air conditioning systems, energy-
efficient LED lighting, and comprehensive fire-stopping measures to enhance safety
and compliance.
The result was a modernised, efficient, and compliant workplace environment
tailored to the needs of the client.
