KONE Head Office – BLDG

KONE Head Office, Dublin.

BLDG was appointed to provide outline design, tender and project management services for the delivery of KONE’s Dublin Head Office, overseeing the full strip-out and fit-out of the space through the design, procurement and construction phases.

The scope of works included the creation of an open-plan office floor, a boardroom incorporating a flexible dividing wall system, dedicated breakout areas, sound-proofed pods, and a welcoming reception and canteen space. Careful consideration was given to the layout, functionality and finishes throughout to support both focused work and collaboration.

The result is a modern, efficent workplace that reflects KONE’s global brand identity and aligns seamlessly with their worldwide office standards, delivering a high-quality, functional environment for KONE’s workforce.
