BLDG were appointed by Future Learning Language School to provide full project oversight across a 16-week programme of works, delivering a comprehensive suite of services from initial statutory applications and tender management through to end-to-end project delivery.
Our role included planning and building control coordination, procurement management, contract administration and on-site project management, ensuring the project was delivered in line with programme, budget and regulatory requirements. BLDG also fulfilled the roles of Project Supervisor Design Process (PSDP) and Assigned Certifier, overseeing health and safety compliance, quality assurance and statutory certification throughout.
The completed refurbishment delivers a modern, flexible learning environment that supports the school’s project-based teaching model, enhancing English communication skills while fostering collaboration, cultural awareness and effective integration of technology within a contemporary educational setting.
