BLDG were appointed to provide project management and professional surveying services for the fit-out of Cora Veterinary Hospital, a specialist veterinary healthcare facility located in Dundrum, Dublin 14.
This project involved the transformation of an existing commercial unit into a purpose-built referral hospital, designed to support advanced veterinary diagnostics, surgical procedures and specialist patient care. Working closely with the client, design consultants and wider construction team, BLDG provided oversight throughout the project to ensure quality, programme and compliance standards were achieved.
The completed facility includes consultation rooms, treatment and recovery spaces, specialist surgical suites, diagnostic imaging areas, staff welfare facilities and welcoming client-facing spaces, all carefully coordinated to meet the operational demands of a modern veterinary environment.
