BLDG Chartered Surveyors were appointed as Project Managers and Cost Consultants for the redevelopment and expansion of Village Vets Dundrum, supporting the delivery of a modern veterinary facility designed to enhance both client experience and operational efficiency.
BLDG worked closely with the client, design team, and contractor partners throughout each phase of delivery, providing end-to-end project oversight to ensure programme, budget, and quality expectations were achieved.
Delivered within a live operational environment, the project required careful phasing and coordination to minimise disruption to the practice while maintaining day-to-day clinical operations. The fit-out incorporated a range of specialist veterinary and medical-grade requirements, with close attention given to compliance, functionality, and long-term operational performance.
